Saturday, March 21, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm. Museum admission included. Smith’s work, more often than not, is an interpretation of current events. "Banned Words" responds to a list of words banned by the current administration. This ceramic piece may be seen in the current exhibition "Visual Voice."
Thursday, March 26, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. Museum admission included. Trace the evolution of artistic subjects from ancient narratives to modern portraits, exploring how artists from Rembrandt to Warhol have defined what we see and why.
Thursday, April 2, from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, FREE and open to the public. Roscoe presents a one-hour lecture on political theater from the Ancient Greeks to Brecht and beyond, exploring how theater has confronted power through character-driven drama, revolutionary forms, and direct agitprop.
(4) Tuesdays, April 7 - April 28, 2026, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. If you have never painted and always wanted to learn, or if you have some experience but want to further your knowledge of acrylic painting, then this course is for you!
(4) Wednesdays, April 8-29, 2026, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Work from a live model in a supportive studio setting. Each session begins with short warm-up and gesture poses to loosen up, followed by longer poses for more detailed study. Participants are welcome to work in their medium of choice.

(6) Tuesdays, April 14 - May 19, from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm, open studios held on Fridays. This course is designed for those who are new to wheel work or have a little experience at the wheel but need a little more instruction. You will have fun while gaining confidence on the potter’s wheel.
