Hello CCMoA Collections Committee!

This private portal is to ensure you have a chance to reserve your timeslot to preview the artwork in the CCMoA Board Room and the Paper Talks exhibition for consideration to be included in the Museum's Permanent Collection before our Collections Committee meeting on Tuesday February 16 at 4 pm.

The timeslots are in one and a half hour increments, Thursday-Saturday, February 11 - 13 from 10 am - 4 pm and Sunday, February 14 from 12 pm - 4 pm. The last timeslot on Sunday is just one hour from 3-4 pm. Please stay within your timeslot, and be sure not to keep our front desk volunteers after Museum hours. Thank You!

 

After you book your timeslot below, and come to the Museum, just let the front desk volunteer know you are on the Collections Committee and make your way through the Paper Talks exhibition and up the stairs (or by elevator) to the Board Room. Please refrain from handling the unframed prints and wear your mask at all times.
