Our COVID-19 Policy effective February 17, 2022
The Cape Cod Museum of Art is committed to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our staff, and the Cape Cod community. We are following the Massachusetts guidelines and will continue to update as new policies are released.
Masks will be encouraged, but not mandatory. Vaccination cards are not required for indoor classes and seated events. Visitors to the museum should wear a mask. Specifically, the Department of Public Health now advises that a fully vaccinated person should wear a mask or face covering when indoors (and not in your own home) if you have a weakened immune system, or if you are at increased risk for severe disease because of your age or an underlying medical condition, or if someone in your household has a weakened immune system, is at increased risk for severe disease or is unvaccinated.
For individuals who are not fully vaccinated, it is important that you continue to wear a face covering or mask to help prevent you from spreading COVID-19 to other people.
Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations
Plexi shield barriers will remain at the reception desk and museum shop desk
We have an Ultraviolet “REME HALO” in-duct air purification system for added safety.
Please respect others and maintain a safe social distance when inside the Museum.
We believe your visit to CCMoA at the Cape Cod Center for the Arts will be fully engaging and enjoyable. Spend an hour or two exploring our exhibitions, Sculpture Garden and Museum Shop. Walk across the campus to learn about the historic Cape Cinema and Cape Playhouse.
