This 3-Day workshop with Alice Galick will answer the question!

9 AM - 2 PM

Members: $250  Non-Members: $270

These prices include a $25 material fee.

You will make beautiful monoprints of your designs. These are one-of-a-kind prints, never 2 the same!

We will be using Akua Color inks of professional quality and fine art papers which make the inks glow.

We will explore the effects of layering ink and use the printing press. Other methods of printmaking will

also be explored. This class is open to beginners or experienced printmakers.

Class size is limited to 8 - register early!

COVID policy:

All students must be vaccinated for COVID and wear masks. Please bring your vaccination card to your first class.

Cancellation policy:

CCMoA must be notified 1 week prior for refund.

Please Bring With You:

- Roll of paper towels

- Package of baby wipes (cheapest)

- Apron

- Some stiff small brushes if you have them

- Small scissors or exacto knife

- Cloth rags and a plastic trash bag (to take them home)

- Rubber or disposable gloves

- Pencil and notebook or sketch book for notes

Instructor Bio:

Alice Nicholson Galick lives in East Falmouth Ma. and came to Cape Cod after a career of teaching art in Connecticut, Virginia and North Carolina. Introduced to printmaking during the1970s renaissance of printmaking in graduate school, she has also worked in artist’s assistantships at Penland in North Carolina and participated in workshops around New England and abroad. A member of Boston Printmakers, Printmakers of Cape Cod, Monotype Guild of New England,and PAAM. She has participated in invitational and solo shows,and won awards in many juried and National shows. Her work is in collections public and private around the US and Europe.
