Fused Glass Suncatcher 1-Day Workshop with Kim Rumberger

Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 1:00 – 4:30 PM.

Members $45 / Non-Members $55; plus $15 material fee to be paid to the instructor at the class

Build a beautiful 3-piece glass suncatcher for your window by fusing different colored glass pieces into cabochons, then attaching them together with metal bails and jump rings.

There will be a $15 materials fee, paid directly to the instructor.

Kim Rumberger is an internationally recognized award-winning Cape Cod metal clay jewelry artist and instructor. She creates one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry and small sculpture, and teaches metal clay classes at various locations on the Cape and beyond.  She was one of 24 elite metal clay artists to present at the AMCAW first ever international metal clay conference in June 2022, sharing her unique “outside the box” techniques for setting stones that are fired in place. Kim also mentors high school students through the MassHire ArtWorks program, where she was just named 2022 Mentor of the Year.  She serves as Clerk of the Board of Trustees at Cape Cod Museum of Art and volunteers at a number of other community organizations.
