Accompanying Kim will be fiddle/violinist Heather Swanson.

Kim Moberg, Vocals, Acoustic Guitars

Award-winning singer/songwriter Kim Moberg is an Alaska native (Tlingit) artist who now calls Cape Cod, MA home. Kim teamed with Grammy-nominated producer Jon Evans to record three albums, all receiving critical acclaim and charting on the Folk Alliance International DJ charts. Her latest release “The Seven Fires Prophecy Suite for Humanity” (2023) is an original 8 song suite that tells the ancient yet relevant Anishinaabe legend “The Seven Fires Prophecy”.  Kim’s numerous recognitions include 2021 Rocky Mountain Songwriting Contest Finalist, 2021 Great American Songwriting Contest Folk/Americana Finalist and 2020 CT Folk Grassy Hill Songwriting Competition Winner. Kim's rich vocals have been described as “a blend of honey and whiskey”. www.kimmobergmusic.com

Heather Swanson, Fiddle/Violin

Accompanying Kim is Heather Swanson, a classical violinist who crossed over to folk and traditional Celtic music. Both a trained and improvisational player, Heather's performance resume includes a wide array of musical styles including traditional, theatre, orchestra, folk, and classical. She is a music educator, specializing in the Suzuki Method at her private studio.

All concerts are held outside, under the tent in our sculpture garden. In case of rain, the concert will be held inside the museum in our spacious gallery. No need to bring chairs, we have plenty for everyone! Feel free to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on our lawn before the concert!
