Walrus Gumboot - Cape Cod’s Premier All-Starr Beatles  Experience features Brian Maxwell Kerins (of Flydown), David Broadbent and Eric Bostrom (of Feldspar), and Johnny Bullet Morelli (the Zelig of Rock n Roll). 

Walrus Gumboot has been entertaining audiences all over New England for the past 15 years by recreating the iconic sound of the Beatles with uncanny accuracy.  As they perform The Fab Four’s hit songs spanning from the British Invasion years right up until their breakup in 1969, these four lads will guarantee a splendid time for all!

How Walrus Gumboot Got Its Name 

'The Long and Walrus Gumboot Story' How New England's greatest All-Starr Beatles band, Walrus Gumboot actually, really, truthfully and honestly, swear upon it, (I'm not kidding, no joke, no, I'm really not kidding... Yes, I'm serious! Enough already!) ...came to be... According to Tall McCartney- "Shirtless Johnny asked me, "Do you want to join my band?" And then Eric joined...and then clean-shaved Dave joined... We were just a band that made it very, very big, that's all." Time and again, Johnny would say, "We're going to the toppermost of the poppermost, lads! We're going to be even bigger than Costello! Bigger than a WALRUS!" And then he dreamt of a Walrus on a cake, and so the band name, and history was changed forever. (And, just a side note, but also when he would sneeze, it sounded like goo goo achoo... I swear upon it!) And so came the band...the name, and with it, their appearance- David grew facial hair, Johnny put a shirt on, Eric decided to stay the same, (though he thought about not staying the same!) And Tall grew taller. Once the change had occurred, the magic began to happen. And now people who see them recognize them and say, "Why, those are The Gumboots! And I know it's them because I'm looking right at them and I have my eyeglasses on!" And that's how Walrus Gumboot came to be! You can catch them around rocking out British classics all over New England - Yes, British! As in England! (No, the old one!) I mean...they perform in England (the New one!) No, (it's named after the old one! But it's really the New one! Got it? ...Oh, blast it all!)
