Jennifer Stratton is a visual artist, musician, and expressive/creative arts facilitator. She lives in Hyannis with her husband. From September to June, Jennifer teaches The Museum School at the Cape Cod Museum of Art’s popular weekly after school art program for elementary and middle school students.
Jennifer’s experience with the healing powers of expressive art developed into a strong desire to help others tune in to their own creative gifts. In 2009 she received her Certificate of Graduate Studies Program for the Professional Application of Expressive Arts for Healing, also at Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I.
She works with organizations, groups, and individuals using expressive arts as a way for people to deepen their own self-discovery process, as a tool to deal with specific issues, and also to just have fun, learn about art and build community. Most recently she held the position of Art Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod in Mashpee. She is also a certified CTI trained Life Coach.
Supporting funding provided by The John K. and Thirza F. Davenport Foundation.
