About

Join the Dennis Historical Commission, the Town of Dennis, and the community for the dedication of the Patriot Monument to the Families of Patriots, located in front of the Dennis Village Cemetery Receiving Tomb (997 Old Bass River Road, at the corner of Route 6A).


The dedication will be led by David Schafer, President of the Cape & Islands Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, with participation by the Col. Henry Knox Color Guard and the Yarmouth Minutemen, along with the Chair of the Dennis Select Board.


The Patriot Monument was funded by the Town of Dennis.


Following the dedication, visitors are invited to a special viewing of Old Yarmouth: Life During the American Revolution at the Cape Cod Museum of Art (60 Hope Lane, Dennis).
