Enjoy an intimate solo acoustic concert with Garrett Dutton (aka G. Love). G. Love is an international recording and touring artist, who launched his musical journey 30 years ago as a street musician in Philadelphia. He later moved to Boston, met his band Special Sauce, signed with Epic/Sony Records, and was nominated for a Grammy in 2016 for the album Juice.
G. Love blends rap-like spoken word with bluesy singing, groovy style, and unique vocal delivery. With Garrett Dutton as lead vocalist, guitarist, and harmonica player, G. Love & Special Sauce is known for its unique fusion of hip-hop, blues, funk, and soul. Over the years, G. Love has released numerous studio albums with his band and has played at festivals like Bonaroo and Lollapalooza. His sound has evolved to include more soul, R&B, and rock influences.
As a solo artist, Garret Dutton frequently collaborates with other artists including Jack Johnson, Lucinda Williams, Dave Matthews, and the Avett Brothers. He has also released numerous studio albums and solo projects that dive deeper into his blues influences.
