About
Join Rebecca Zaremba of Northeast Dyeworks for a hands-on exploration of bundle dyeing—the art of arranging flowers on fabric, bundling them, and steaming them to create stunning, lasting botanical prints. Together, we’ll cover the fundamentals of natural dyeing, from preparing your textiles to selecting plant materials that yield beautiful color. You’ll leave with a custom silk scarf of your own design, along with the knowledge and confidence to continue experimenting with natural dyes at home.
This workshop is presented in conjunction with the exhibition In Full Bloom: Still Lifes and Florals from the CCMoA Collection. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore the museum grounds and gather inspiration from the artwork and surrounding landscape.
No experience necessary—beginners are warmly welcome! All materials included.

Rebecca Zaremba is the maker behind Northeast Dyeworks. Inspired by a lifelong love of nature, her work centers on translating the beauty of plants and flowers into lasting color on textiles, creating pieces that reflect both place and season. When she isn’t working with botanicals, she can be found teaching and learning alongside tiny humans as an early childhood educator. She lives in East Sandwich with her husband and son, where she’s continually inspired by the natural world around her.
Cancellation policy: CCMoA must be notified 1 week prior for refund.
