How to make a polymer "cane" and reduce the size, how to use stamps, textures and molds will be covered. Books and sample items other than jewelry will be available to view to show the flexibility of the medium.
Liz Stefano started making things at a young age. She was drawn to polymer for the colors and flexibility of the medium. Now back on Cape Cod her birthplace after over 35 years in the Pacific Northwest working in telecommunications, she enjoys working with polymer full time. Mostly making beads, jewelry, and personal embellishments. Finding inspiration with the local landscapes, beaches, cranberry bogs, and other cultural influences of patterns. As a board member of the New England Polymer Artist guild, she works to share the medium with other artists. Her work has been featured in the Polymer Clay daily blog that reaches artists working in the medium worldwide. polymerclaydaily.com
