Dane Vannatter has been acclaimed by music critics for a style that “blends facets of cabaret and jazz with intelligence and care.” The Boston Globe remarks “Dane Vannatter’s distinctive style leaves an imprint on whatever music he sings. His voice has a floating quality that gets in your head and won’t leave.” Dane is the recipient of two BackStage Bistro Awards and has been nominated for 4 MAC awards and was a New York Nightlife Award finalist. Dane performs regularly in venues in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Boston, and Cape Cod. Dane’s 4th CD Give Me Something Real was released to much critical acclaim.

The Cape Cod Jazz Quartet (CCJQ) is comprised of four of Cape Cod’s top Jazz Musicians with Steve Ahern on trumpet and flute from Cape Cod and Florida; Fred Boyle on piano from South Yarmouth; Ron Ormsby on bass from Centerville; and Bart Weisman on drums from Orleans. The CCJQ has appeared at concerts, events, and restaurants across Cape Cod including the Provincetown Jazz Festival. The CCJQ has accompanied vocalists Dane Vannatter, Siobhan Magnus, Cassandre McKinley, Tish Adams, Leslie Boyle, Lori Colombo, Krisanthi Pappas, and has two recordings including one with Dane Vannatter.
